Yoga or Pilates: Which should I choose?
There is an overlap between the two techniques. However, if you are recovering from injury, particular core or back problems, then you might want to choose yoga. It’s also the best one to choose for reducing stress and calming your mind.
Pilates, on the other hand, is more focused around the core abdominal area. It’s great if you want a more intensive workout and need to quickly build core strength.
Seek advice from your therapist if you’re unsure which to choose. Or come along and try both and see which you prefer.
